My boys love thier store, however they've lost a customer. I spend about R3500 there every month, now I will be doing my grocery shopping elsewhere. I have two little boys & normally get them something from the deli to nibble on while I shop. I got them R12.00 chicken strips. One of the security ladies followed me, she did the whole time I was there.By the time I got to the till I was a bit frazzled & just wanted to get home. I made a mistake, however how it was handled is disgusting! My 2 yr old was sitting in the child seat in the front of the trolley facing away from me while I was unpacking the trolley to pay, I didn't see he had grabbed the pkt for the chicken strips. The security who was still watching could simply have pointed out my son had the pkt while I was paying for everything, I swiped my card. As I was leaving she sent one of her colleagues who searched my trolley in front of everyone. Embarassing and uncalled for! I swiped again, a double charge for that now! I went to the managers office. Security lady came in with a disgusting attitude, basically that I am a.
