When purchasing an xbox game, on arrival home, popped the game in my console only to notice the game has the correct case (xbox) but an incorrect disc (playsation). I phoned the shop, spoke to a very lovely and helpful gent called Clement whom assisted me with my problem. Clement is very helpful, friendly and reasuring.
Don't just give the man a bells, give him a raise!
