I bought 4 x packets of lean mince from Helga's and drained more than 110ml of fat off a 916g pack of mince. After a few emails and telephone calls, i eventually got feedback from Francois.
He came and replaced the mince but did not even bother to check the weight of the packets or qty's i bought - after a discussion regarding this, he said that he would return with more meat.
Well, it has been weeks, and no response from him!!!
This is disgusting and the worst "customer service" i've ever experienced and it was definately my first, BUT LAST time i buy anything from Helga's.
