I am Nthabiseng, I went to century city to look for an outfit for a shimmy beach function and with my late shopping i needed assistance, i went to different shops and didn't get much assistance as the clothing were looking good but needed advise from the shop assistance but i didn't, i walked at Urban Century City and a lady called SHERM assisted me, (I am not sure if i spelt her name correctly). with joy and a smile and she even gave me options to wear the dress, I was not happy with the dress at first i GUESS i needed someones approval, but she made me buy it and made me love the dress too. She was very helpful and she never grew tired of me although i was lost on what to take and how to wear the dress.
She is a real asset to the company and hope she gets recognised by her manager. I could say i looked hot on the shimmy beach party and have to thank all the staff at Urban Century City Canal Walk, they were all helpful and friendly.
A warm welcome makes a customer feel good.
