I have contacted Edgars account electronically, via call centre and No one seems to be able to send me a copy of my December statement. After speaking to a consultant for 15 min, he cut me off.
The statements that are online and what I can see myself are Oct, Nov and January. How is it possible - did Edgars not do accounts in December? Why is it so hard for their account department to respond to emails, call centre requests?
