Hi there, I'm complaining about off meat at ur brakpan branch. I do all my groceries at carnival mall checkers. I love the service and discounted prices on merchandise, BUT its been numerous times that when I buy meat, its off, even cold meat. We live quite far from the mall so I just leave it usually but this last time was the last!! The mice, the prok rasher, the steak, shin, beef stir fry and chicken was very off, my husband was furious with me so I went to the branch and spoke to the butchery manager and he said to bring the slip which I did. He took new meat off the shelf (which I found a bit strange seeing I actually wanted my money back) and he was told by one manager to phone the owner to confirm if he could give me the replaced meat. The owner said no to the other meat and just replaced the mince. I was furious!! They treat u as if ur lying just to get money or product back. My children became sick, yet they don't care as long as they us dry of money. My husband refuses to buy our groceries there now and is threathning to go over to pick and pay. He want his money back seeing its over r400 (over r1000 for all the months) meat that we had to throw away. Very mad!!!
