Campmaster Service Centre refusing to help

I have a warranty claim ref number 38157 and Deaon Oelofse from the service centre is refusing to assist me. I have sent the following
1.receipt 3 times scanned with the amount and the date of purchase.
2.picture of the bent pole
3.a diagram of th etent marked where the holes are.

The tent has been used once and is faulty and is also within th ewarranty period. I am logging a complaint on hello peter.
