I went grocery shopping on 02/07/2013 at the above store around 8pm. When I got home and thouroughly checking my slip (which is a norm) I realised that I had been billed twice for a bottle of tomato sauce. I asked my brother to return to the shop and notify them the following day and the manager on duty told him they have no proof that we did not have 2 bottles as the receipt states. I am utterly disgusted that they would even think like that. After spending over R1000 at the shop why would I about R14.79? We checked out at the till at 20:34 after buying 109 items. Going forward am I expected to check each and every item against the bill before exiting the store??? I am very upset and am not letting this go!!! I want my money back.
