Poor Service or no service

I bought a a flat screen TV on Saturday 22 June 2013 cash. And to my surprise firstly the TV did not have a box it was in a black plastic bag, secondly the power cable was in a yellow shop rite checkers plastic on top of that i was told that the remote was misplaced so they will have to order it i should come next week on Friday 28 June 2013 and i will get it.

I went to the shop on Friday 28 June 2013 and i could not get the remote. I was then promised that surely on Tuesday morning i will get it which is today, today i went to collect they told me it has not yet arrived but they are coming they just left mid-rand. I then told them i will come later before the shop close few minutes after i left the shop i then received a call from the store telling me that i will not get today i will only get it on Friday.

This is a serious concern to me now because i am not sure anymore if i will ever get this remote.
