I requested to return an item (PC Training program) I had purchased 2 days prior and was informed by the manager at Incredible Connextion Kollonade that I could not return it because there was no fault in the item. I then asked him to explain further as I assured him that there was nothing wrong with the item and I had not installed it in any computer yet. the manager became rude and said he did not care if we didn't understand and I told him he was rude, thereafter he started gaining on me and walking up to me in an intimidatory fashion and shouting at me. I told him to give me the number for head office and he took a very long time as I think he was attempting to make some phone calls before granting me the contact details.
I am very upset and disappointed in this service an that such customer service still exists. If a manager of a store can threaten to manhandle a female and not be reprimanded then why should the store still be open?
