We like to shop at Edgars, but as is the case in South Africa lately, are used to low levels of service. We were very surprised, pleasantly of course, in the Fourways store, when while we were having our own conversation on a specific garment for our son, that Lonia, without being asked, came and directed us to the right area!
Lonia had overheard our conversation, and a bit of our frustration, and took the initiative to solve our problem. She then went further out of her way to assist us with directions to the shoe section.
South Africa as a whole, but specifically Edgars will only benefit from acts of Service like this! Thank you Lonia!
