Me and my mom went to Segers Supperette in Strand to buy a few consumables as we were on lunch.
We went in to buy the product which was just under R30-00, as we went tp pay for the goods the clerk behind the till rejected the card as they said they do not accept the card if goods are under R30-00 which i found very strange as i know the consumer act does not alow that sort of thong i know that any store cant reject payment by card no matter what the amount.
What does the consumer act say about this?
Also as i asked about this they had a very snotty attitude and very rude.
