In October 2012 I contacted the suppliers of the pampers diapers to advise them the pack of diapers I have are faulty and they speedily reply to me informing me there courier company will collect the damaged pack and I will get some type of compensation for them. Its now January 2013 and I still have not received the vouchers I was promised I understand the first time this company advised me there was a problem at the post off and I will receive a registered note so I can track the vouchers its now been a month since I got that response and I am still waiting, If this were a cheap nappy I would've understood getting treated like this however Pampers are expensive and I honestly don't feel like I am getting my monies worth.
