AGGRESSIVE AND RUDE TREATMENT

I got an sms on 4/12/13 requesting payment of amount R740 for a dr's account which I was not aware of. I phoned the number in the sms & was cut off twice. I emailed the email address in the sms. I never received the statement, I requested it again. This morning I received an extremely aggressive & rude phone call from a man at mymedbureau who spoke to me in the most disgusting manner. I then received the following email from Ryan Ellinas, "Juliet-I am the owner of myMed and if you wish please raise your complaint with Dr Merrell, because your first two requests were resolved in under 5 minutes! We have proof that the mails were sent exactly as you requested. Furthermore, it is not often that I have to deal with such rude Patients that have delinquent accounts (90 days in arrears) who have received prior notifications of their account and have the gall to continually harass us with silly claims about why you can't pay the account! Your reference WAS in the SMS and the banking details can't fit into the SMS too... that's what a statement is for Mam'.Please note if this account is settled in FULL within 7 days, your details WILL be submitted to ITC for default listing!
