It was really terrible seeing how a female employee was leaning against the cd racks with her boyfriend leaning on her, being all cuddly with one another while talking with another female employee across the room. They were in our way of looking for cds and I really don't think it is in any way appropriate for employees to be hanging around with their boyfriends while on duty. When we asked another employee (who was busy clearing cds on the floor) for help she kindly ignored the request and went on to help another person after we asked first - she could have just said in a nice way she'll be with us now and that she just needs to do something else quick or get someone else to help us.
When we walked out, after deciding to take our business elsewhere, the first 2 employees and the one's boyfriend were still hanging around on the cd racks.
This is not our first encounter of bad service at Musica Waterfall Mall Rustenburg and we'll definitely never go there again. Seriously shocking, disappointing and embarrassing for Musica.
