At 14h56 today we went to Cotton on with a pregnant colleague (Gugu) of mine, to do shopping as usual and saw beautiful shoes on display but to our surprise this was not a table it was a crate with a round moving object that fell on my colleagues foot, dropped all the shoes on the stand and hurt her, we stood there for a while looking for assistance until a lady came by and asked what happened and called a gentlemen by the name of Russel Hlahla who also asked what happened, apologised and got what looked like a note book to record Gugu's details, Gugu was injured and limping and couldn't really walk due to this but was told to come back to the store if this is serious since he (Russel) was just looking after the store and that there was nothing he could do at the time.
I would like the company (Head Office or person in charge) to get back to Gugu and really explain why this happened and why the display is so dangerous and to reimburse her, because she will be going to the doctor tomorrow as the foot is getting swollen and she is experiencing a lot of pain. Remember she didn't plan for any of this to happen to her and was not planning to pop out doctor's fees as she's highly pregnant.
