Still no feedback

I have had 3 ppl from Edcon customer service promise me feedback... up to this date nothing has been forthcoming... very sad. Cynthia from their customer service promised me feedback within 48 hours... empty promises..no wonder there are so many unhappy customers of EDCON on Hellopete
