On the 21 May they took my phone even today im not told where my phone is or if they can fix it. Until i called them 2 weeks ago and they said they will call Me the next day even today im still waiting for the call. Please take your time do what you got to do by providing but customer service coz that is what you do best. Maybe if i report my matter to the NCR or The Ombudsman it will be resolved. Warning from Me please do not buy anything from Home Choice.
