Terrible Service!!

After waiting another week after the response of Homechoice I finally received the bathroom (toilet) set, and the kettle that I was waiting for - for more than 1 1/2 months they called me again this morning to find out if I have received everything ordered.
I told the lady who phoned I am still waiting for my Towel set that was ordered with the bathroom set!! On the website (client login site) it shows everything was dispatched, the towel set was dispatched on 6 May 2013 but I am still waiting. It also shows on my Invoice, so I am paying for something NOT RECEIVED!!! And why are tracking numbers being provided on the website if you can't track the package as indicated???
You guys really need to ship up or ship out if you want to keep valued customers, seeing that the issue is with your "courier" services you REALLY need to start making alternative arrangements because these kind of complaints are becoming a regular thing I see...
