On the 12th of October I made a complaint to Kellogs via their customer care about a bug that I found in my porridge. Zandile promptly responde and on the 15th of October he advised me that she had sent my query to their quality control department. I was also advised that it was going to take 15-20 days to respond and this was going to be done via post. I have not received any response up to now and no one from Kellogs followed out to find if i had received a response, i am not sure if this has also been done via post lol, in this day and age where technology reigns.
It has been 3 months and still no feedback.
