We attended the Juliet cullinan wine show. This show uses makro as their supplier and distributor. We were hesitant to place an order at first because the cases were quite expensive and we did not want to take the chance. The lady we dealt with assured us that the wine would be delivered within 2 weeks. We have now waited over a month and had to call numerous times to see where Our wine was. When the wine was finAlly delivered one case was correct and the other was wrong! The people at Juliet cullinan reacted well and were very apologetic. Makro was not apologetic at all!!! And it was their up! I will never order anything from makro again! We spoke to Erna brink and she said she will replace the wine by Tuesday the 18th of June but it has not arrived. No apology!
