Almost 11 months of struggling!!!

I was promised a 2 for 1 movie card (valid for 1 year) as part of DVD promotion in January 2013 by Edcon (if you bought DVD of the value of R400 and more, you will get a 2 for 1 movie card valid for 1 year).

The card was to reach me in 2-4 weeks.

I've been struggling since February this year:
o Firstly to get the card as promised. When I took it up with Edcon, they could not assist. After almost weeks of following up by CNA Eikestad Mall, Stellenbosch and myself, Edcon referred me directly to TLC Marketing for assistance. I dealt with Maniwella as early as March and only got my card in April/May.
o Since then, I've been stuggling as the card does not work. As Maniwella left, i dealt with Amalcar/Paul. Although TLC Marketing replace the card, the second also do not work. According to TLC Marketing the problem with Ster-Kinekor.

This has been going on for almost 10/11 months. I'm honestly fed-up as I don't get any happiness. If I knew this is going to take this much effort and time, I would have never took part in the promotion.By the time I get the card, it will no longer be valid.

I feel mislead and betrayed and will no longer support any of these companies.
