After a year the problem still persists!!

I refer to previous endless correspondence between myself, Edcon, Ster-kinekor and TLC Marketing recarding a promotion in Jan 2013 (Edcon: Buy R400's worth of DVD's and get a 2 for 1 movie discount card. It's with GREAT and UTTER disappointment that I have to report this YET again. I received my new "working" (3rd one) end of Nov 2013. I've tried to use the card in Dec 2013 and could not... I assumed it was due to the fact that it was still the 1st week of screening and the discount doesn't apply. So I've tried again this morning on another movie that was released a couple of weeks ago. I've tried to make a booking online to see Frozen at Cape Gate. It was declined as "Invalid discount - please update your details". I didn't know if I can use the discount on 3D, so I tried another movie - just to check if the card is working. SAME problem AGAIN!!! (see screen prints attached). Yet again I have to pay full price - totally unacceptable!! After a year of struggle, I honestly don't think I'll ever get a card that is working and I'm fed up trying with this never-ending problem. So I decided that I don't want a new card. I want movie tickets for a year for 2 persons. Pls advise URGENTLY
