Goods bought and not delivered as advertised

I bought a set of Nutri Stahl cookware from a sales agent in Kimberley, a Mr Roode. I was sold on a set of coockware. I signed the contract and the first payment was deducted from my account. The pots arrived, but it was not the coockware ordered. The pots were smaller and fewer than what was sold. Mr Roode keeps making excuses, despite admitting that he made a mistake. I want what I am paying for or I want my money back!
