I am very angry about the service from Truworths and their collections department, I have paid up my account about two months ago but I still get sms to make payments to avoid legal action or contact Rebecca on 031 251 4000, every time I call them I get referred to a lady called Jerusha who always promise to have sorted the matter only to every month. This is unacceptable and harassment because when a customer is going through a rough time they don't wanna hear stories, I think the public needs to careful with who they support as a customer, they will make all sorts of promises when they want you to open an account but they will fail to listen to reason when you need them to. I also request from the public an opinion on what legal discourse is there to stop them. Thank you.
