On 2 occasions I have purchased " fresh Low GI Seeded bread", at my local Spar, only to find mould on the bread on slices in the middle of the loaf. After the 1st incident, I contacted the supplier, being Sasko Bread, but have not had any response back from them regarding this matter. They assured me that I would be contacted in a few days.
