While searching for products online I came across the Total Store.
They had the products I was searching for indicating they had stock.
When it come to paying they even had a 'Free' product when you spend above a certain limit.
I placed my order and received an email indicating the order has been placed and that it will be arriving between two specified dates. Later I receive an email from Mark turner that they couldn't source the product from their supplier (this after they indicated they had stock). All apologetically they ask for my banking details to refund my purchase.

I received my money back and soon after received an email that they could now miraculously source the product from the suppliers. So I make a payment again being desperate for the product. A week passed, so I decided to follow up on my order to which Mark replied again with the same old story that they can't source it from their suppliers and I need to supply my details for repayment.

Not only did they waste my time but I ended up paying banking costs for no product.

Please be warned that they do not carry stock and the 'In Stock' indicator means nothing. Further more their website doesn't even open anymore!
