Apparent No Payment

I transferred R 1000.00 on 24 May and R 2000.00 on the 31st May and to date I receive calls everyday to say no payment received.
It is utterly frustrating and time consuming to be explaining to different people every day from last week about payment been made.

Please address this issue asap.
