VERY VERY POOR SERVICE

As usual I try to call the shop but regardlessly nobody answer the phone, at the 3rd try a slowly speaking guy answered. I asked for someone to help me at dispensary but needless to say nobody pick up the phone and after 4 minutes of waiting I put the phone down! What is happening to client service and people who want to work? Where is everybody at the store at 15H00???
