I'm writing with hope that someone will understand my frustration and actually DO something about it. I made an order, or so I thought @ HomeChoice mid Feb. Unfortunately I have yet to receive my package as I am supposingly under "debt review" according to them. I found out about this after calling them more than three times with no proper assistance. On my last call to them (07/06/2013) I spoke to their team leader (Rochelle) who made no effort to assist me, she instead shot me down everytime I tried to speak to her. I went as far as calling ITC, Experian, Compuscan to actually see as to whether their claims was actually concrete. After all the calls made, I'll repeat myself ;
" I am not under DEBT REVIEW nor administration and I want my package delivered!!! "
I'm not borrowing anything from u, I'm fully capable of paying for the order I had placed.
