On about the 7th May 2013 I received a message from Jet Stores offering me R50 airtime for R32 per month. No where on this message did it indicat that my cell number would then revert to a "CONTRACT"
On the 15th May my phone was then "activated" without prior knowledge. I had R190 air time which was taken by RETAIL MOBILE CREDIT SOLUTIONS I immediately called Jet Head Office to cancel this supposied contact. I was assured it was cancel and that my airtime would be refunded. It took about 20 calls to the call centre. To name but a few that I spoke to were Natalie, Jonas, Peacemaker, Pauline and Tandie. NO HELP WHATSOEVER!!! I finally spoke to Fabian from Jet Head Office who was extremely helpful. He called me last week and said all will be fine by friday 31 May. I then reloaded airtime to the value of R250.00 as I need to get my BIS re activated. After 3 weeks of calling more that twice a day I finally go this reversed., and blow me down with a feather that RETAIL MOBILE CREDIT SOLUTIONS TOOK an additional R190 of my phone. A total of R440 was in effect. I have requested that this amount be credited back to me but my pleas as falling on deaf ears. PLEASE HELP.
