I am utterly disgusted firstly at the quality of the nappies that i bought on Saturday. I am a regular user of this product and have never incurred any problems in the past. What is most upsetting is that the so called consumer advisors that Pampers have employed do not have any complaint management skills. I am a mother of 3 and the fact that i called to complain about an issue i have and then my jusdgement gets undermined by your untrained call centre staff is actually pathetic. My query is still not resolved as i was told i must wait 15working days before someone reverts to me. I am really disgusted as these nappies do not come cheap!!! Please train your staff to be more customer centric and be ampathetic towards others because i would not have called to bring a problem to your attention if th
