If half the companies in the world had the great service that they have, the world would be a better place! The times where I buy stuff in stores are over. These people keep track of all your orders and there is no hassles when it comes to returning stuff. I bought something and after 2 years it became faulty, I mailed them. I was sceptical because of my experience with in store companies. But to my amazement the came back to me within a few hours. The next day a courier came to collect the faulty product and a few days later I received a brand new replacement, no questions asked. I am really impressed by the way they do business, may they become the most succesfull online store in the world!
