I handed in a design to have some pamphlets printed from. The test pamphlet looked fantastic and I signed off on the job. When I got home, the copies of the pamphlet had a line through each and every one of them, the colour was much darker than that of the test pamphlet and my 2 on an A4 page pamphlets were not cut out. I went back to Q-photo expecting an uncomfortable confrontation. I arrived there and it was chaos. Q-photo was very busy with what looked to be too few staff to handle the rush. My case was handed over to Werner and he, without any hassle, had my pamphlets reprinted. He was running around dealing with many other customers but still took the time to have my pamphlets cut to size. Werner, under all the pressure, was professional, friendly and went out of his way.
