I placed an order with Citymob and when I did not receive confirmation of my order by the next day, I contacted someone on their Live Chat facility. Someone immediately responded and told me that they would investigate. On the same day they got back to me informing me that I had mistakenly entered my email address incorrectly. I had placed another order in the meantime, so they cancelled my original order and I received my refund within 3 days. Quick refund, great service!!!
