I recently purchased a pair of 'Hout Couture' sunglasses from Citymob. They arrived promptly (I think 2 days) and all was well.
My friends liked them so much that they ordered three more pairs, as they were the easiest supplier to find and by far the cheapest. (40% less than in the stores)
Two of the pairs arrived the next day and the order was perfect. Another win for the team.
The last pair arrived the day after that, they unfortunately had the wrong colour lens. I emailed them reporting the issue and then went onto their website to see if there was more I could do. They have a live chat function that works perfectly, where I was able to resolve the issue with them.
They gave me no hassles and immediately responded saying they are sorry for the mix up and that they would correct the mistake soonest. In the mean time I did receive a response from the email I sent previously.
They have corrected the order and are doing it all on their buck.
All in all a fantastic experience and I would recommend using their services to anyone. (makes shopping online safe and easy)
