Michele. No feedback was given by the Dispensar Manger Philip Vogel, on the day of the incident I recievd a call from him asking me to explain what happened on that day n I explain as I explain to Hello Peter after that he said he is going to investigate this matter and call me back but till today no call from him (5/06/2013). If this is how matter are resolved by Dis-chem this is so pathetic I'm so disappointed it takes this long to solve such a big matter, I'm guessing that Dis-Chem is tell me indirectly that I must find myslf other pharamcy to render my service in a professional way.. You just don't care bout ur customers.
