I would like to share my experience in your Bedford centre brunch.
Me and my family love to come in shop: tasty and well prepared food and friendly staff. What else keeps me as a regular customer in that shop? This is a person who you can find breakfast, lunch or dinner time. This is a person who'll bring you menu, take an order and clean the tables when staff is busy with another customer. This person is store manager Terry. He's polite and friendly and we always feel welcome because of genuine appreciating and interest in us as a customers.
I will continue to support shop with my family and friends because of great customer service which Terry provides which is so difficult to find these days in another places.
