Purchased a corner unit and 3 seater couches at the Clearwater Mall store, it was delivered on 1st of June. The 3 seaters colour is incorrect, the corner unit legs are broken.
Moses who delivered the goods confirmed someone would come out and replace and repair the couches by tomorrow (5th June), I went to the store to inform the sales person of the issues and was told a case would be opened with the Call Centre (ref # 40051). Dialling the call centre on 0116118700 or 086 111 4779 is beyond frustrating, the phone both just rings or one leaves messages. If I had to hold my breath every time I'm told I'll be a call back I would be a corpse by now.
Can someone please confirm if the issue will be resolved tomorrow 5th June, if not can I get a refund and spend my money at a store who values its customers?
