I would like to highlight the following: I have on two occasions submitted on-line enquiries regarding my account (which is fully paid up) on the Edgars/ Edcon website. Yes, you receive some stupid system generated response, blah blah blah.. and no one actually ever bothers to call you or answer you. 2 MONTHS LATER AND I HAVE REQUESTED SENIOR MANAGEMENT TO CONTACT ME AND SEND ME A DETAILED SUMMARY OF MY ACCOUNT AND WHAT EXACTLY I AM BEING BILLED FOR. Please understand that we are not all stupid and some of us can actually understand and interpret the new amended CPA. If my account is paid up, please advise what I am being billed for? It is illegal to charge me for services that are not rendered. Now that I have your attention, can someone please return my call two months later and actually treat me like a client?? Could you ACTUALLY deal with this enquiry/ complaint within your required sla's? I need to note that I am seeing "RED" already... I have tried to physically sort this out at store level (Eastgate) with no luck. Think frontal lobotomy.
