I have being trying for almost two days now to process my order and get it shipped to my local Mr Price. I have not been able to do this. I have already lost items I have booked as every time I need to load my 30 items, over and over again then my size is gone.
I have spoken to their on line chat service lien and I was told that they have logged the problem and they are waiting for a response. I have requested a managers email but this question gets ignored. I have asked that my order now gets shipped manually but was told they cannot do this? I want answers and I want my order shipped ASAP. I do not feel that this is my problem and I should get my order by any means possible.
