I went into the Springfield branch at 17h30 looking for a 32GB memory stick that had been on promotion failing to realize that the promotion had ended. While I was looking around the counter I was approached by Lee Anne in a very friendly manner and she asked if I needed assistance and kindly informed me that the promotion had ended. Without any prompting she then checked the stock and informed me of which brand would be the best deal. At 17h30 after a long day that she still had a very pleasant and helpful attitude is a great complement to her. Lee Anne thank you. Barry Rope
