We submitted 2 x Bosch drills to be repaired, upon receiving a quote we rejected the quote and requested our drills to be returned to the store. When we went to collect them we found that the drills had been dismantled and were in bits and pieces. We then told the people in repairs that this was unacceptable and we would like our drills to be returned to us in the original form and reassembled as the way they had been handed in. It has been almost 2 months of continuously being made to do the run around and to this date our drills have not been reassembled and we have not received any feedback about the status. We have to continuously call in and leave messages and nobody bothers to respond. This is unacceptable for a store of this caliber!
