I walked into the Foto First @ The East Rand Mall on Wed 22 May 2013 at approx. 4h05pm and was attended to by Sean Theron.
I wasnt sure what i wanted initially as i decided on the last minute to get a canvas pic of my parents wedding for their wedding anniversary for the 23 May.
He promptly told me about the special Foto First was having on their A2 Canvas's. I realised afterwards that i didnt have a cable for my Blackberry as i came into the store unprepared, and he immediately offered me a cable to download the pic for the canvas.
He aslo had my order ready within an hour. I had an appointment at Sorbet and realised that i would'nt be back on time before the store closed to collect the canvas. While at Sorbet, i cheekily asked if he could bring it to the Sorbet after closing times, which he politely agreed. WOW i was so impressed with his service ethos and his willingness to help me out. Well done Foto First for employing such professionals! Thanks Sean for going the extra mile for me. Im sure my parents are going to enjoy their gift!
