The branch at the Kolonnade shopping centre always have something that is either out of stock, not cooked yet or they only give you half the food that you ordered and paid for. On numerous occasions I had to wait 30 minutes for food when I was told that it would only take 10 minutes or they simply did not have what
I wanted. Only reason why I continue to go to this branch is because they are the only kfc in my area that have the snack bowls which my 3 year old loves. Why is this? Arent all KFC branches suppose to have the same menu? When visiting this branch on the 21st of October they did not have lids for the bowls so you couldnt get a snack bowl and the didnt have the sauce for the loaded fries. This is absolutely pathetic!!!
