It was at 13:12 when i was doing my shopping in the above mentioned Cambridge food branch. I was looking for an Ace 5kg mm which was on the upper shelf, The man by the name of Freddie if I'm not mistaken because he has no name badge, infect no 1 has a name badge. He told me that i can't get it they are doing the stock take. I ask these questions; Why the door is still open if we can't get what we want inside, and why the product is on shelf not in storeroom if it is not for sale, and he told me that i must talk fast because he is on rush he is closing the shop. I ask who can i talk to then if he cannot help. He show me 2 ladies who was also busy in computers. The bottom line is that i couldn't get help instant i walked without the product.
I want to tell the fellow consumers that these people they don't care if u come to buy or not, they getting paid at the end of the day, the management is useless to complain to, if u need a good service u better travel to the big shopping centers, the service is different maybe they not using Rand they use the other currency.
I can be very glad if this kind of attitude can change, especially from the management.
