A follow up response to my previous complaint.
Whilst I still maintain that my experience was an unpleasant one; the only good thing to come out of all this was my dealings with a certain Mr. Darryn, who without doubt was the only representative who carried himself with any professionalism.
Sleep Active has since given me a full refund, even though we already gave the pillows away.
