NO FEEDBACK/DISSAPOINTED IN CNA

On the 24th of December 2012 an order was placed via telephone to the head office regarding the WESTERN DIGITAL 3TB EXTERNAL HARDDRIVE which a staff member informed me the price of was R1099.99 and that it would take 2-10 working days to be delivered to the CNA store in my area from the store in Tigervalley (CT). Up to this current date the item is still being sourced. i called in to inquire about the progress of this item only to now be told that its still being sourced and that the price given to me of R1099.99 was an error and the correct price is R1999.99.

I was contacted by CNA and was given a reference number and said that i would be contacted and that the item will be sent to me within 3 days... This was on the 10th of January 2013. Up to this current date i have not been contacted and no feedback has been given to me.

This is poor service on the company and i am greatly disappointed.

Through this event that has transpired it proves to me that CNA does not treat their customers with respect... Customer satisfaction should be the most important thing for any company but i guess not for CNA...
