I am dissapointed in your client service as I bought Riding Hat-Red on friday 10/05/2013 but the cashier did not remove the tag. The worse part -your alarm did not go off when I left your branch but as I entered other stores alarms could not stop going off because of your tag and I looked as a because I had to produce your slip to save myself. You can inconveniece your customers and I experienced that because I was suppose to give my friend that hat on friday as a gift but guess what I was stuck with the hat until today and I wasted my time as I had to go back to your branch to remove the tag. Your staff need to follow the correct process when assisting customers. I only need to pay my account and close it.
