Ordered from Mr. Price 07/05 - Called yesterday to track my parcel, I was then informed it's out with a courier and delivery could place that day or the next day. Today I call again to track my parcel again and confirm when it will be received, they cannot tell me. They do not have contact details for their courier, and cannot advise on a time. I need to know this, as I won't be available all day and NEED the parcel! This is insane! How can they not track an order! I've paid for it, I want it! Unbelievable service, your support staff laughing at me, when I query my delivery and the particulars! Always had good experiences with you guys, you've now left a bitter taste in my mouth.
